Réception de l'appareil
A la réception contrôler l'état du matériel. En cas d'avaries,
faire des réserves précises sur le bon du livreur et les
confirmer au transporteur par lettre recommandée dans les
3 jours qui suivent la livraison. L'appareil devra être stocké à
l'abri des intempéries.
Les accessoires (éventuels) sont livrés posés sur l'appareil.
Mise en place
Manipuler l'appareil avec précaution.
Effectuer la manipulation à l'aide de chariot élévateur,
transpalette, etc....

Branchement moteur électrique
Le branchement doit être effectué par une personne
habilitée, suivant le schéma électrique incorporé dans la
boîte à bornes du moteur.
Respecter le sens de rotation indiqué par la flèche.
– Avec des moteurs à deux vitesses, le sens de rotation doit
être vérifié à chaque vitesse.
– Mesurer l'intensité absorbée par le moteur.
– Si celle-ci est inférieure ou égale à l'intensité plaquée sur le
moteur, l'installation est en bon ordre de marche.
– Si l'intensité absorbée est supérieure à l'intensité plaquée,
arrêter immédiatement le moteur, vérifier l'installation, les
raccordements.
– Si l'incident semble provenir du moteur, prendre contact
avec le fournisseur.
Protection du moteur
Le moteur doit être obligatoirement protégé et les relais de
protection soigneusement calibrés et réglés.
Dans le cadre des garanties consenties par le Syndicat de la
Construction Electrique, la garantie du constructeur de
moteurs ne s'applique pas aux moteurs dont les bobinages
sont grillés.
Nous rappelons que le règlement EDF impose que toute
installation de matériel tournant doit faire l'objet d'une
protection efficace.

Unit reception
At reception, inspect the condition of the equipment. In the
event of damage, make the exact reservations on the delivery
form and confirm them to the transport operator by registered
letter within 3 days following the delivery. The unit should be
stored away from bad weather conditions. Any accessories
are supplied fitted on the unit.
Installation
Handle the unit with care.
Perform the handling operation using a fork-kift truck, pallet
truck, etc...

Electric motor connection
The connection must be made by an authorised person,
according to the electrical diagram incorporated in the motor's
terminal box.
Observe the direction of rotation indicated by the arrow.
– With two-speed motors, the direction of rotation must be
checked at each speed.
– Measure the current consumption of the motor.
– If it is less than or equal to the current marked on the motor,
the installation is in good working order.
– If the current consumption is greater than the current
marked, stop the motor immediately, check the installation
and the connections.
– If the incident seems to be caused by the motor, contact the
supplier.
Motor protection
The motor must be protected and the protection relays
carefully calibrated and set.
In compliance with the guarantees granted by the French
Electrical Manufacturer's
manufacturer's guarantee does not apply to motors with
burnt-out windings.
We would like to point that electricity regulations require that
rotating equipment must have effective protection.
