2-PREPARATION & INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
BEFORE USING YOUR WINE COOLER
Make sure that the wine cooler stays in upright position during transportation.
Alter removing the unit from the package; make sure it is in good condition. If uncertain, do not use it and
contact an authorized service center.
Remove the exterior and interior packaging. Leftovers packaging such as plastic bags must be put out of
reach of children.
Read the operation manual carefully and check that the data on the rating plate corresponds to your
electrical supply.
Before connecting the Wine Cooler to the power source, let it stand upright for approximately 2-3 hours.
This will reduce the possibility of a malfunction in the cooling system from handling during transportation.
Clean the interior surfaces with a soft cloth dampened with lukewarm water.
Position the wine cooler firmly on a flat surface and level it by using the adjustable legs.
This unit should only be used as specified. The manufacturer will not be held responsible for any damage
due to improper use or repairs made by unqualified personnel.
INSTALLATION OF YOUR WINE COOLER
This appliance is designed for free standing installation only and should not be recessed or
built-in.
Place your Wine Cooler on a floor that is strong enough to support it when it is fully loaded. To level
your Wine Cooler, adjust the front leveling leg at the bottom of the unit.
Allow 0.75" inch of space on each side, 2" between in the back and 4" on the top of the unit, for proper
air circulation and to permit cooling of the compressor.
Locate the Wine Cooler away from direct sunlight and sources of heat (stove, heater, radiator, etc.).
Direct sunlight may affect the acrylic coating and heat sources may increase electrical consumption.
Extreme cold ambient temperatures may also prevent the unit from performing properly.
Avoid locating the unit in moist areas.
Plug the Wine Cooler into an exclusive, properly installed-grounded wall outlet.
Do not under any circumstances cut or remove the third (ground) prong from the power cord. Any
questions concerning about power and/or grounding should be directed toward a Certified
Electrician or an authorized Product Service Center.
This wine cooler should only be used, for the usage which it was designed. Damage due to
improper use or repairs made by unqualified personnel will void warranty. Once the device is
plugged allow unit to cool for a period of approximately 2-3 hours before inserting bottles
