  • Page 11 ITALIANO 1 - Descrizione del Mobile I banchi refrigerati NETTUNO sono disponibili in lunghezze utili interne di 937,5 mm (MODELLO 100), 1250 mm (MODELLO 125) e 1520 mm (MODELLO 152). Tutti i mobili indicati utilizzano un sistema di refrigerazione ventilata ad aria forzata con gruppo compressore incorporato o esterno.
  • Page 12 6 - Collegamento elettrico Il collegamento elettrico va eseguito esclusivamente da personale tecnico abilitato, come prevedono le vigenti normative. Per il collegamento vedere lo schema elettrico FIG.15. E’ necessario installare a monte dell’alimentazione un dispositivo omnipolare magnetotermico/differenziale con apertura contatto di 3 mm con potere di interruzione adeguato. Attenzione: Prima di collegare il mobile alla rete elettrica accertarsi che la tensione d’alimentazione corrisponda a quella esposta nella targa matricola (considerate che le variazioni massime della tensione d’alimentazione consentite sono del +/- 10%).
  • Page 13 Inserire la spina nella presa di corrente (con le prerogative descritte nel punto 6) e azionare l’eventuale interruttore d’inserzione montato a distanza. I lievi rumori di funzionamento emessi dal motore e l’accensione dei display indicheranno la messa in funzione del mobile.   • Page 16 Installazione, manutenzione L’installazione del banco frigorifero, così come gli interventi di manutenzione devono essere effettuati da tecnici qualificati. Durante l’esecuzione degli interventi manutentivi i preposti sono tenuti ad operare nel rispetto delle indicazioni riportate sul manuale di istruzioni per l’uso. Prima di effettuare una qualsiasi operazione di manutenzione ELETTRICA o MECCANICA sul banco frigorifero, il tecnico preposto deve assicurarsi che sia stata tolta la tensione di alimentazione.

  • Page 18 ENGLISH 1 - Description of the unit The NETTUNO range of display units are built in modules with a useful internal length of 937,5 mm (MODEL 100), 1250 mm (MODEL 125) and 1520 mm (MODEL 152). All models use a system of forced air ventilated refrigeration, and can have either an incorporated compressor unit or an external one.
  • Page 19 At the input of the supply, it is necessary to install an omni-polar magnetothermic/differential device with contact opening equal to 3 mm and adequate cutoff power. Caution: Before connecting the cabinet to the power mains make sure the supply voltage corresponds to the rating on the serial number plate (consider that the maximum voltage variations admissible are +/- 10%).
  • Page 20 The product can be loaded some hours after the unit has started its cooling cycle (check the temperature shown on the display). The unit is designed to display food products and so maintains the temperature of the product; it does not lower it. The product should, therefore, only be loaded once the right storage temperature has been reached.

  • Page 23 Installatione, maintenance The installation of the refrigerated cabinet, as well as maintenance, must be performed by skilled technicians. During the execution of the maintenance officers are required to operate in accordance with the instructions contained in the instruction manual. Before performing any ELECTRICAL or MECHANICAL maintenance on the refrigerator, the technician in charge must be sure that there is no power supply.

  • Page 28 11 - Nettoyage du meuble frigorifique Attention: Avant de procéder au nettoyage du meuble, débrancher l'alimentation électrique. Nettoyer périodiquement le meuble avec des détergents neutres et l'essuyer avec un chiffon doux. Ne pas utiliser de produits inflammables ou abrasifs, ne pas utiliser de jet d'eau direct. Nettoyer périodiquement également les plateaux du fond, les grilles réglables, les bouches de refoulement et les bouches d'aspiration ainsi que les canaux d'écoulement d'eau.

Pendant l'exécution des officiers de maintenance sont nécessaires pour fonctionner en conformité avec les instructions contenues dans le mode d'emploi. Avant d'effectuer toute opération de maintenance ÉLECTRIQUE ou MÉCANIQUE sur le meuble frigorifique, le technicien responsable doit être bien sure que le meuble es sans alimentation électrique.

  • Page 32 DEUTSCH 1 – Beschreibung der Kühlmöbel Die Wandkühlregale NETTUNO sind mit einer Innennutzlänge von 937,5 mm (MODELL 100), 1250 mm (MODELL 125) 1520 mm (MODELL 152) lieferbar. Alle angeführten Möbel benützen ein Umluftkühlungssystem mit eingebautem und externem Aggregat. Die allgemeinen ästhetischen Merkmale und maximalen Abmessungen gehen deutlich aus der Abb. 1 und der TAB.

Das Möbel an den Halterungen aufhängen (Abb.7B, Bez.3) Die Innen- und Außenflächen des Gehäuses sind mit einem Schutzfilm überzogen, der vor der Inbetriebnahme zu entfernen ist. 6 – Elektroanschluss Der elektrische Anschluß soll unbedingt durch fachlich qualifiziertem Personal und gemäß den im Bestimmungsland des Kühlmöbels geltenden Normen für Elektrotechnik ausgeführt werden.
  • Page 34 Erst nach Befolgung der Punkte 3 und 4 dürfen die Kühlmöbel zum ersten Mal in Betrieb gesetzt werden. Bei ausgeschalteter Kühltheke, aussen und innen die Plastikhüllen abnehmen, anschließend eine erste Reinigung (gemäß den Angaben unter Punkt 11) vornehmen. Die abnehmbaren Ablagebretter montieren, deren optimaler Abstand deutlich aus der Abb. 1 hervorgeht. Den Stecker in die Steckdose einführen (bei den unter Punkt 6 beschriebenen Voraussetzungen) und den eventuell weiter entfernt montierten Schalter betätigen.
  • Page 35 11 – Reinigung der Kühlmöbel Achtung: vor der Reinigung der Kühlmöbel die Speisespannung ausschalten. Die Kühlmöbel sind in regelmäßigen Zeitabständen mit neutralen Reinigungsmitteln zu reinigen und mit einem weichen Tuch nachzutrocknen. Dabei weder entflammbare, noch abrasive Produkte verwenden und den Einsatz von direkten Wasserstrahlen unterlassen.
  • Page 36 Dieses Produkt enthält FKW, d.h. Fluorkohlenwasserstoffe, ein Kühlmittel mit hohem Treibhauspotenzial (GWP), die vom Kyoto-Protokoll geregelt werden.   • Page 37 Installation, Wartung Die Installation der Kühlmöbel sowie Wartungsarbeiten müssen durch qualifizierte Techniker durchgeführt werden. Während der Wartung sollen die Techniker die Anweisungen der Bedienungsanleitung beachten. Bevor evtl. mechanische oder elektrische Wartung auf dem Kühlschrank, der zuständige Techniker müssen sicherstellen, dass kein Strom gibt. Die Techniker verantwortlich für die Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten, die auf die Komponenten oder innere Bestandteile arbeiten sollen, sind der mechanischen Gefährdungen ausgesetzt.
