- Page 4 • 1 x Key Ring and string • 1 x Owner’s Manual How to use PADDY ALERT When connected to the APP, PADDY ALERT will work as a secondary alarm. If connected directly with the PADDY Smart Pad it will function as primary alarm.
- Page 5 USING THE DEVICE WITH THE APP PADDY ALERT needs to be activated only 1” the first time by pressing down the switch for 1 second. The actual connection will be confirmed by a red LED flashing once. However, if the battery is charged 20% or less, the red LED will flash continuously, along with an alarm tone, warning that the battery needs to be replaced.
- Page 6 Once paired, press the BACK bar to return to the main APP screen. A new battery charge level indicator will appear above the PADDY logo as shown below. This confirms that the Alert device is now operational. The device is now paired and shall connect to the APP automatically. It will set off an alarm only in case the user has left the mobile phone and an unattended child in the vehicle.
