• Hak należy zamontować w fabryczne otwory zaklejone plastrem w kolorze podwozia.
Plastry należy zerwać.
• W technologiczne otwory należy włożyć specjalne wkładki z nakrętkami.
• Belkę haka A przykręcić do tylnego pasa i boków podłużnic
śrubami M10x35 8.8 (pkt 5,7, 8) oraz M10x50 8.8 (pkt 6)
• Element haka C przykręcić do belki śrubami M12x35 8.8 (pkt 1)
oraz do podwozia śrubą M10x35 8.8 (pkt 2).
• Element haka D przykręcić do belki haka śrubami M10x35 8.8 (pkt 4)
oraz do poprzecznej podłużnicy śrubą M10x35 8.8 (pkt 3).
• Dokręcić wszystkie śruby z momentem wg tabeli.
• Przykręcić kulę i blachę gniazda elektrycznego śrubami M12x70 8.8.
• Podłączyć instalację elektryczną.
• The towbar should be install in the technological points stucked with slice in colour
of the chassis. Is necessary to open this holes.
• Put special nuts "Caget nuts" in the technological holes.
• Screw the main bar A to the rear belt and sides of the frame side members with
bolts M10x35 8.8 (points 5, 7, 8) and M10x50 8.8 (point 6).
• Screw the elements C to the main bar with bolts M12x35 8.8 (point 1) and
to the chassis with bolt M10x35 8.8 (point 2).
• Screw the element D to the main bar with bolts M10x35 8.8 (point 4) and
to the cross frame side member with bolt M10x35 8.8 (point 3).
• Tighten all the bolts according to the torque setting- see the table.
• Fix the ball and electric plate with bolts M12x70 8.8.
• Connect the electric wires.
• Monter le crochet aux ouvertures de service collées
par le scotch en couleur de châssis. Enlever les scotchs.
• Inserrez les plats speciaux avec les écrous aux ouvertures de service
• Serrez les socle du crochet A à la ceinture arrière et côtés des longerons
par les boulons M10x35 8.8 (point 5, 6,7, 8).
• Serrez les élements du crochet C au poutre par les boulons M12x35 8.8 (point 1) et
au châssis par le boulon M10x35 8.8 (point 2).
• Serrez les élements du crochet D au longeron du Rochet par
les boulons M12x35 8.8 (point 4) et au longeron transversal par
le boulon M10x35 8.8 (point 3).
• Serrer tous les boulons avec un couple de serrage selon tableau.
• Visser le crochet d'attelage et socle de prise électriquepar les boulons M12x70 8.8.
• Raccorder le circuit électrique.
