Gerät von der Pneumatik-Druckquelle trenn en, Magazin
Befestigung der Kappe 14512496 muß mit einem Drehschrauber erfolgen, bei
dem das Drehmoment auf 7 Nm eingestellt ist.

Vorschieber nach hinten ziehen und einrasten. Nägel gemäß ihrer Länge und
der Kennzeichnung am Magazinende von hinten in das Magazin einschieben.
Die Nagelspitzen müssen vorn aus dem Gerät herausragen. Vorschieber

Die 4 Schrauben Pos. 1 lösen und die Kappe nach oben abnehmen. Kolben
nach oben aus dem Zylinder herausnehmen und komplett austauschen. Vor
dem Wiedereinsetzen Kolben-O-Ring mit O-Ring-Fett 13301706 fetten.

Kappe wie oben beschrieben abnehmen und den Kolben entnehmen. Den
Zylinder ebenfalls nach oben aus dem Gerät herausziehen.. Defekte Teile
ersetzen und leicht gefettet (O-Ring-Fett 13301706) einsetzen.

Die Auslösesicherung des Gerätes ist in ordnungsgemäßem Zustand so
ausgelegt, dass ein Nagel nur dann gesetzt werden kann, wenn das Gerät
senkrecht auf das Heftgut aufgesetzt wird.

Disconnect the machine from the compressed air supply, empty the magazine.
The cover 14512496 should only be fastened with a mechanical screwdriver –
torque set at 7 Nm.

Pull the slider back and engage it. Push the nails according to their length and
identification on the magazine end from the back into the magazine. The nail
points must protrude from the device in the front. Unlock the slide again and
push it forward.

Loosen the 4 screws from Pos. 1 and remove the cap toward the top. Lift the
piston toward the top out of the cylinder and replace it completely. Before
inserting it again, lubricate the piston O-ring with O-ring grease 13301706.

Remove the cap as described above and remove the piston. Pull the cylinder
also toward the top out of the device. Replace defective parts and insert them
slightly greased (BAA O-ring grease 13301706).

The trigger guard of the device in its proper condition is designed so that a
nail can only be set when the device is placed perpendicular on the item to be
nailed.

Débrancher l'appareil de la source d'alimentation en air comprim é, vider le
magasin. Le cache 14512496 doit être fixé à l'aide d'une visseuse rotative
réglée sur un couple de 7 Nm.

Tirer le chargeur vers l´arrière et l´enclencher. Insérer les clous par
l´arrière dans le magasin conformément à leur longueur et au marquage
indiqué sur l´extrémité du magasin. Les pointes des clous doivent dépasser
devant de l´appareil. Déverrouiller à nouveau le chargeur et le pousser vers
l´avant.

Desserrer les 4 vis, Pos. 1, et enlever le capuchon par le haut. Retirer le
piston du cylindre par le haut et le remplacer intégralement. Graisser le
joint torique avec la graisse 13301706 avant de replacer le piston dans
l´appareil.

Enlever le capuchon et le piston comme décrit ci-dessus. Retirer le cylindre
de l´appareil également par le haut. Remplacer les pièces défectueuses et
les utiliser légèrement graissées (graisse pour joint torique 13301706).

La sécurité du déclencheur de l´appareil est conçue à l´état opérationnel
de façon à pouvoir placer un clou uniquement lorsque l´appareil repose
verticalement sur le matériau à fixer.

Empujar hacia atrás el alimentador y enclavarlo. Insertar los clavos desde
atrás en el cargador, según la longitud de éstos y la caracterización del
extremo del cargador. Las puntas de los clavos deben sobresalir por
delante del aparato. Volver a desbloquear el alimentador y empujarlo hacia
delante.

Soltar los 4 tornillos en posición 5 y levantar la tapa hacia arriba. Sacar
hacia arriba el émbolo del cilindro y cambiarlo completamente. Antes de
volver a introducirlo, engrasar el anillo en O del émbolo con O-Ring-Fett
13301706.

Sacar la tapa como se describe arriba y extraer el émbolo. Sacar también

Scollegare il compressore dallo strumento, svuotare il caricatore. Il
fissaggio della testata 14512496 deve essere effettuato con un avvitatore,
con il quale regolare il momento torcente a 7 Nm.

Tirare indietro lo spintore e innestarlo in posizione. Inserire i chiodi,
secondo la loro lunghezza e contrassegno, nell'estremità posteriore del
magazzino. Le punte dei chiodi devono sporgere dal lato anteriore
dell'apparecchio. Sbloccare lo spintore e spingerlo in avanti.

Svitare le 4 viti (Pos. 1 ) e sollevare la calotta. Estrarre i pistoni dal cilindro e
sostituirli. Prima di reinserire i nuovi pistoni, ingrassare l'anello ad O dei
pistoni utilizzando il grasso O-Ring 13301706.

Staccare la calotta come sopra descritto ed estrarre il pistone. Estrarre il

Il dispositivo di scatto dell'apparecchio è dimensionato in modo tale da
applicare i chiodi solo se l'apparecchio viene collocato
perpendicolarmente sull'oggetto da pinzare.
