4. Getting started
• Open the battery compartment (5) and insert two AA batteries observing
the correct polarity.
• Inside the battery compartment, you will also nd the channel setting
switch (4) that allows you to switch between channels "CH1, CH2 and
CH3". Press the button (4) until the desired channel has been set. The
display (1) shows CH1, CH2 or CH3.
• Then close the battery compartment cover.
Changing batteries
• Open the battery compartment (5), remove and dispose of the spent
batteries and insert two new AA batteries observing the correct polarity.
Then close the battery compartment cover.
Note
Please remember, during commissioning, to always insert the batteries
into the measuring station rst and then into the base station.
5. Installation
Note - Installation
• We recommend initially positioning the base station and measuring
station at the preferred setup locations without installing them and
carrying out all the settings - as described in 6. Operation.
• Do not install the station(s) until the settings are correct and the radio
connection is stable.
