1. Avant d'utiliser votre appareil
• Veuillez lire attentivement le mode d'emploi.
• En respectant ce mode d'emploi, vous éviterez d'endommager
votre appareil et de perdre vos droits résultant d'un défaut pour
cause d'utilisation non-conforme.
• Nous n'assumons aucune responsabilité pour des dommages qui
auraient été causés par le non-respect du présent mode d'emploi.
• Suivez bien toutes les consignes de sécurité!

2. Aperçu du domaine d'utilisation
• Podomètre / Distance (km / milles) / Dépense calorifique
Pour votre sécurité
• Gardez votre appareil et la pile hors de la portée des enfants.
• L'ingestion d'une pile peut être mortelle. En cas d'ingestion, con-
sultez immédiatement un service médical.
• Évitez d'exposer l'appareil à des températures extrêmes, à des vibra-
tions ou à des chocs. Protégez-le contre l'humidité.
• Vous ne devez en aucun cas réparer, démonter ou modifier l'appa-
reil par vous-même.
• Pour le nettoyage de votre appareil, utilisez un chiffon doux et
humide. N'utilisez pas de solvants ou d´agents abrasifs!
• Enlevez la pile, si vous n'utilisez pas votre appareil pendant une
durée prolongée.
3. Mise en service / Utilisation
• Ouvrez le compartiment à pile en dévissant les vis et enlevez le film de
protection de la pile. Votre appareil est maintenant prêt à fonctionner.
• Le podomètre fait la différence entre la marche /la randonnée et le
jogging automatiquement et calcule les valeurs relatives.
• Après un arrêt de deux minutes l'affichage à l'écran disparait auto-
matiquement. Par un nouveau mouvement ou en appuyant sur une
touche l'écran apparaît de nouveau.
• Appuyez sur la touche RESET (sur la gauche) pour effacer toutes les
valeurs.
• La touche MODE (sur la droite) vous permet d'afficher à tout moment
le nombre de pas, la distance parcourue en milles, la distance par-
courue en Km et la dépense calorifique les uns après les autres.
• Fixez le podomètre sur le haut de votre pantalon ou sur votre cein-
ture à peu près au milieu de votre corps.
• Remplacez la pile, si les fonctions de l'appareil s'affaiblissent.
• Ouvrez le compartiment à pile en dévissant les vis et insérez une
nouvelle pile LR 44, en respectant la polarité +/- (polarité + vers le
haut).
4. Dépannage
Aucun affichage / Indication incorrecte:
Appuyez sur une touche / Changez la pile
Le nombre de pas affiché est trop bas:
Fixer le pédomètre plus près du centre de votre corps
Affichage lent:
La température était inférieure à 0 °C. L'affichage redeviendra normal
lorsque la température s'élèvera.
Affichage noir:
Le pédomètre est resté trop longtemps au soleil. L'affichage reviendra
normal à l'ombre.
5. Traitement des déchets
Les piles et accus usagés ne peuvent en aucun cas être
jetés dans les ordures ménagères! En tant qu'utilisa-
teur, vous avez l'obligation légale de rapporter les piles
et accus usagés à votre revendeur ou de les déposez
dans une déchetterie proche de votre domicile confor-
mément à la réglementation nationale et locale.
Les métaux lourds sont désignés comme suit:
Cd=cadmium, Hg=mercure, Pb=plomb
Cet appareil est conforme aux normes de l'UE relatives
au traitement des déchets électriques et électroniques
(WEEE).
L'appareil usagé ne doit pas être jeté dans les ordures
ménagères. L'utilisateur s'engage, pour le respect de
l'environnement, à déposer l'appareil usagé dans un
centre de traitement agréé pour les déchets électriques
et électroniques.

1. Before you start using it
• Please make sure to read the instruction manual carefully.
• Following and respecting the instructions in your manual will
prevent damage to your instrument and loss of your statutory
rights arising from defects due to incorrect use.
• We shall not be liable for any damage occurring as a result of
non following of these instructions.
• Please take particular note of the safety advice!

2. Field of operation
• Pedometer / Distance (km / miles) / Calorie consumption
For your safety
• Keep this instrument and the battery out of the reach of children.
• Batteries can be fatal if swallowed. If a battery has been swallowed,
get medical assistance immediately.
• Do not place your product near extreme temperatures, vibrations or
shocks. Protect it from moisture.
• Unauthorized repairs, modifications or changes to the product are
prohibited.
• Clean the instrument with a soft damp cloth. Do not use solvents or
scouring agents.
• Remove the battery if you do not use the device for a long period of
time.
3. Getting started / Operation
• Open the two screws on the battery compartment and remove the
battery insulation strip.The device is ready for use.
• The pedometer distinguishes between walking/hiking and jogging
automatically and calculates the corresponding values.
• After two minutes of a standstill the display turns off automatically.
By a new motion or by pressing any button the display appears again.
• Press the RESET button (on the left) to reset all values.
• With the MODE button (on the right) you can always see the num-
ber of steps, the distance in miles, the distance in kilometers and
the calorie consumption alternatively.
• Attach the pedometer securely to your waistband or belt, close to
the centre of your body.
• Change the battery when the functions of the device become weak.
• Open the two screws on the battery compartment and insert a new
battery LR44 polarity as illustrated (+pole above).
4. Troubleshooting
No display / Incorrect indication:
Press a button / Change the battery
Not all steps were detected:
Mount the pedometer closer to the centre of your body
Slow display response:
The temperature has been below 0 °C, the display will return to nor-
mal when the temperature rises.
LCD is black:
The pedometer has been in the direct sunlight too long. It will
return to normal in the shade.
5. Waste disposal
Never dispose of empty batteries and rechargeable
batteries in household waste. As a consumer, you are
legally required to take them to your retail store or to
an appropriate collection site depending on national or
local regulations in order to protect the environment.
The symbols for the heavy metals contained are:
Cd=cadmium, Hg = mercury; Pb=lead
This instrument is labelled in accordance with the EU
Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive
(WEEE).
Please do not dispose of this instrument in household
waste. The user is obligated to take end-of-life devices
to a designated collection point for the disposal of
electrical and electronic equipment, in order to ensure
environmentally-compatible disposal.

1. Bevor Sie mit dem Gerät arbeiten
• Lesen Sie sich bitte die Bedienungsanleitung genau durch.
• Durch die Beachtung der Bedienungsanleitung vermeiden Sie
auch Beschädigungen des Gerätes und die Gefährdung Ihrer
gesetzlichen Mängelrechte durch Fehlgebrauch.
• Für Schäden, die aus Nichtbeachtung dieser Bedienungsanlei-
tung verursacht werden, übernehmen wir keine Haftung.
• Beachten Sie besonders die Sicherheitshinweise!
• Bewahren Sie diese Bedienungsanleitung gut auf!
2. Einsatzbereich
• Schrittzähler / Entfernung (km / Meilen) / Kalorienverbrauch
• Bewahren Sie das Gerät und die Batterie außerhalb der Reichweite
von Kindern auf.
• Batterien können bei Verschlucken lebensgefährlich sein. Wurde
eine Batterie verschluckt, muss sofort medizinische Hilfe in
Anspruch genommen werden.
• Setzen Sie das Gerät keinen extremen Temperaturen, Vibrationen und
Erschütterungen aus. Vor Feuchtigkeit schützen.
• Das eigenmächtige Reparieren, Umbauen oder Verändern des Gerä-
tes ist nicht gestattet.
• Reinigen Sie das Gerät mit einem weichen, leicht feuchten Tuch.
Keine Scheuer- oder Lösungsmittel verwenden!
• Entfernen Sie die Batterie, wenn Sie das Gerät längere Zeit nicht
verwenden.
3. Inbetriebnahme / Bedienung
• Öffnen Sie das verschraubte Batteriefach und entfernen Sie den Bat-
terieunterbrecherstreifen. Das Instrument ist jetzt betriebsbereit.
• Der Schrittzähler unterscheidet automatisch zwischen Walking,
Wandern und Jogging und berechnet die entsprechenden Werte.
• Das Display schaltet sich nach zwei Minuten Stillstand automatisch
aus. Durch erneute Bewegung oder Drücken einer Taste erscheint
die Anzeige wieder.
• Drücken Sie die RESET Taste (links) zum Löschen aller Werte.
• Mit der MODE Taste (rechts) können Sie jederzeit die Schrittzahl, die
zurückgelegte Entfernung in Meilen, die zurückgelegte Entfernung in
Kilometern und den Kalorienverbrauch nacheinander abfragen.
• Befestigen Sie den Schrittzähler an Ihrem Hosenbund oder Gürtel in
der Nähe der Körpermitte.
• Wenn die Funktionen schwächer werden, wechseln Sie bitte die Bat-
terie. Öffnen Sie das verschraube Batteriefach und legen Sie eine
neue Batterie (LR 44) polrichtig ein. (+ Pol nach oben).
4. Fehlerbeseitigung
Keine Displayanzeige / Unkorrekte Anzeige:
Drücken Sie eine Taste / Batterie wechseln
Zu wenig Schritte werden angezeigt:
Befestigen Sie den Schrittzähler näher am Mittelpunkt des Körpers.
Langsame Anzeige:
Die Umgebungstemperatur lag unter 0 °C. Die Anzeige normalisiert
sich bei steigender Temperatur.
Schwarze Anzeige:
Der Schrittzähler war zu lang in der Sonne. Die Anzeige normalisiert
sich im Schatten.
