Use

PLEASE NOTE!
■ Do not use the device on wet hair. The hair must be at least towel-dried!
■ The brush will become hot during use. Only hold the device by the handle. Keep
the brush away from the face, in particular the eyes. Also maintain a safe distance
between the head and brush of at least 3-5 cm.
1. Connect the device to a properly installed plug socket which corresponds to the tech-
nical data of the device.
2. To switch on the device, slide the On / Off switch (3) upwards. The operating lamp (2)
lights up and the device starts to heat up.
3. Wait a moment until the brush head (1) has heated up. You can now start using the
device.
• If necessary, use a heat protection spray to protect your hair from the heat.
Do not use any other styling products such as hair spray, gel or mousse.
They may stick to the brush.
• The thicker the hair, the more frequently you should comb through your hair
with the brush to get the result you want.
4. Comb through the hair with a standard hair brush or comb to make sure there are no
knots in the hair.
5. Divide the hair up into sections. Move the straightening brush through the hair. Do not
hold the device in one spot for too long; this can damage the hair! Make sure that the
device does not touch the scalp!
6. Repeat the process until the result is satisfactory.
7. To switch off the device, slide the On / Off switch (2) downwards. The operating lamp
goes out.
8. Pull the mains plug out of the plug socket when the device is no longer being used.

Care and Storage

PLEASE NOTE!
■ Never rinse the device with water and never immerse it in water or other liquids.
■ Do not use any sharp or abrasive cleaning agents or cleaning pads to clean the de-
vice. These could damage the surfaces.
1. Allow the device to cool down completely.
2. Remove hair, fl uff or dust from the brush head (1).
3. Wipe down the housing with a slightly damp cloth if necessary and then dry it with
a soft cloth. If it is heavily soiled, you can use a little detergent to clean the housing.
4. Keep the device out of the reach of children and animals in a dry, frost-free place that
is protected from the sun.
