LAMPEGGIANTE (fig. 3)
I lampeggianti della serie LAMPCON sono dotati di un disposi-
tivo conta manovre (per manovra s'intende un'apertura più una
chiusura), al fine di programmare una manutenzione periodica
dell'automazione. Al raggiungimento del numero di manovre
programmato, il lampeggiante rimane acceso a luce fissa (senza
lampeggiare) per tutta la durata della manovra di apertura e
chiusura, a segnalare all'utilizzatore la necessità di effettuare una
manutenzione dell'impianto.
I 4 dip-switches presenti permettono di impostare il n° di manovre
da conteggiare (DIP1=1000 manovre, DIP2=2000, DIP3=4000 e
DIP4=8000). Si fa presente che il numero totale delle manovre da
conteggiare è il risultato della somma dei dip-switches impostati
(es: DIP1 (in ON)=1000 + DIP2 (in OFF)=0 + DIP3 (in ON)=4000
+ DIP4 (in OFF)=0 - Totale manovre da conteggiare=5000).
N.B.: Se non si desidera utilizzare il conteggio manovre,
impostare tutti i dip-switches in OFF.
LAMPCON3:
1 - 2 = ingresso alimentazione 230V AC;
3 - 4 = ingresso lampeggiante 230V AC (dal
quadro di comando);
LAMPCON4:
1 - 2 = ingresso alimentazione 12/24V DC;
3 = ingresso lampeggiante (negativo);

PROGRAMMAZIONE CONTEGGIO MANOVRE
(LAMPCON3 E LAMPCON4)
N.B.:
Eseguire la procedura di programmazione prima di
cablare i morsetti 3 e 4 per il LAMPCON3, il morset-
to 3 per il LAMPCON4
1.
A coperchio chiuso, togliere l'alimentazione al lampcon;
2.
aprire il coperchio, impostare tutti i dip-switches in OFF al
fine di resettare il conteggio manovre e richiudere il coper-
chio;
3.
ripristinare l'alimentazione al lampcon e attendere il lam-
peggio (luce fissa per circa 2 sec.) dello stesso a conferma
dell'avvenuta cancellazione;
4.
togliere l'alimentazione al lampcon e riaprire il coperchio;
5.
impostare i dip-switches in base al numero delle manovre
da conteggiare e richiudere il coperchio;
6.
ripristinare l'alimentazione al lampcon e attendere 2 brevi
lampeggi a conferma dell'avvenuta programmazione.
4.
FISSAGGIO LAMPEGGIANTE
Scegliere un luogo:
• vicino al cancello o al portone automatizzato;
• privo di ostacoli visivi (anche per facilitare la ricezione radio).

Il supporto inferiore non serve.
Usare tasselli ad espansione (pilastro in muratura) o viti
autofilettanti (pilastro metallico).

Montare il lampeggiante sul supporto inferiore preventiva-
mente fissato.
Nota:
per la pulizia del cupolino non utilizzare prodotti
chimici, al fine di preservarne il colore nel tempo.

Usare tasselli ad espansione (pilastro in muratura) o viti autofilet-
tanti (pilastro metallico).

FLASHING LIGHT (pic. 3)
LAMPCON series flashing light are equipped with a cycle counting
device (a cycle means an opening and a closing) to assist plan-
ning of regular system maintenance. Once a number of cycles
(threshold, programmable by the installer) is reached the light
remains constantly lit (no flashing) during opening/closing, thereby
signaling the need of a maintenance service.
The four dip-switches allow to set the threshold. Summing up
their values (DIP 1 = 1000 cycles, DIP 2 = 2000 cycles, DIP 3 =
4000 cycles, DIP 4 = 8000 cycles) the installer can set the alarm
threshold. For example, to set regular maintenance at 5000 cycles,
dip-switch setting will be:
DIP 1 = ON (1000) - DIP 2 = OFF (0) - DIP 3 = ON (4000) - DIP
4 = OFF (0)
Warning: In case this function is not required, set all dip-
switches to OFF.

COUNTING DEVICE PROGRAMMING
(LAMPCON3 and LAMPCON4)
Warning:
Execute the programming procedure before
cabling wire terminals 3 and 4 (LAMPCON3) or
wire terminal 3 (LAMPCON4).
1.
Close cover lid and remove power from LAMPCON;
2.
open cover lid, set all dip-switches in OFF to reset cycle
counting and close cover lid;
3.
reconnect power and wait for the flashing light (approx. 2
seconds of continuous light) to confirm that reset has been
done;
4.
Remove power from LAMPCON and reopen the cover lid;
5.
Set dip-switches as per point # 1 and close cover lid;
6.
Reconnect power and wait for the flashing light (2 fast flash-
es) to confirm that setting has been done.
4.
FIXING THE FLASHING LlGHT
Choose a place:
• near the gate or automated door
• free from visual obstacles (also to facilitate radio reception).

The bottom stand is not needed.
Use expansion bolts (masonry pillar) or self-threading screws
(metal pillar).

By the side or at the front (pic. 8)
Install the flashing light on the bottom stand you fixed
previously.
Note:
use a soft, damp cloth to clean the lamp. Do not use
chemical cleaning agents.
5.
FIXING JUST THE ANTENNA (pic. 9)
Use expansion bolts (masonry pillar) or self-threading screws
(metal pillar).
