Checking the temperature in the coldest zone

Thanks to the temperature indicator, you can regularly check that the temperature of the coldest zone is
correct. Indeed, the temperature inside the refrigerator is a function of several factors such as the ambient
temperature of the room, the amount of food stored, the frequency of opening the door. Take these factors
into consideration when setting the device. When the indicator reads «OK», it means that your thermostat
is set correctly, and that the indoor temperature is correct.
If the color of the indicator is white, it means that the temperature is too high, it is necessary in this case to
increase the setting of the thermostat and wait 12 hours to perform a new visual check of the indicator.
After loading or opening the door, the indicator may turn white after a few moments.
Whenever you change the thermostat, wait for the temperature inside the device to stabilize before procee-
ding to a new setting if necessary. Only change the position of the thermostat gradually and wait at least 12
hours before making a new check and a possible change.
NOTES: After loading the appliance with fresh food or after repeated opening (or extended opening) of the
door, it is normal that the word «OK» does not appear in the temperature indicator. Wait at least 12 hours
before readjusting the thermostat.

Tips for storing food :

Taking care of meat and fish
Cooked meats should always be stored on a shelf above raw meats to prevent bacterial transfer. Keep the
raw meats in a dish large enough to catch the juice and cover it with film
Leave space around the food, this will allow cold air to circulate in the refrigerator. Wrap the food, to
prevent the transfer of flavors and its drying out, the foods must always be packed separately. Fruits and
vegetables do not need to be wrapped. Allow the pre-cooked food to cool properly before placing it in the
refrigerator.
Close the door to prevent cold air from escaping, limit the number of times you open the door. When you
return from shopping, sort the foods you will put in your refrigerator while the door is closed.
NOTE: Do not store flammable gases or liquids in the unit.
