• Once you have found the desired slot, use the right arrow
firm your selection.
• Now you can give your Performance a name by using the
arrows to select a position and the -/+ buttons to select a character.
• Once you have entered your Name, use the
right arrow
field and confirm with the + button.
• The Performance is saved and can now be
called under the designated Sound Group
button.
SYSTEM UPDATE
Info: The Info page contains the current
software version for your PRO‑88 EX and its
installed sound banks. New updates and
versions are available at www.eklavier.com.
• Updates (software, sound bank, new func‑
tions, firmware, etc.) can be uploaded from
a USB stick directly to the PRO‑88 EX. This way
your PRO‑88 EX will be kept up to date.
• Download the Update Files from the website,
unpack or unzip the package and save all
the individual files to a USB-Stick.
• Insert the USB stick into your PRO‑88 EX.
• Turn the power off. Press and hold the leftmost A and C# in the bass
while powering the PRO‑88 EX on again. The Piano will start in the
Service Mode.
• The display will show the first update file on the USB stick. Use the -/+
buttons to begin or cancel the installation. If there are multiple up‑
dates on the USB stick, the display will automatically show the next
update after the previous file is complete. Follow the same steps
above for each installation.
• After successful installation, remove the USB stick and restart your
PRO‑88 EX.
The PRO‑88 EX is now updated and ready to play.
