• Start
Switch the device on (switch (1) to position "On"). The test LED (2) lights up green for approx. 2s. The device is
now ready for use.
Attach the included chest strap to the connection points (5) on the device. Change the length of the chest strap
as desired. Put the SleepDoctor® on. The device should be worn close to the chest at the level of the sternum.
If the battery is empty, the LED lights up red after switching on the device.
• Evaluation of sleep quality
After waking up, the wearer receives information about their sleep quality by pressing the blue evaluation
button (3). The device must remain switched on.
First the device vibrates briefly. The color of the LED (2) then provides successive information about the quality
of sleep, the frequency of snoring and respiratory arrest (apnea). The individual displays are interrupted by the
device vibrating..

Pressing the blue button again displays the results repeatedly.
When the device is switched off, the results are deleted and the device is ready for new recordings.
