- Page 6 EINSCHALTEN ? - NEIN ! Am Infrarot-Strahler SZI 30 und an den passenden Netzteilen befinden sich keine EIN-/AUS-Schalter. • Nach dem Einstecken des Netzteils befindet sich der Strahler im Standby Zustand. • Ein- (bzw. aus-) geschaltet wird der Strahler durch das ankommende HF-Signal.

SZI 30 INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE... - Page 8 Operation indicator, 11 infra-red diodes green LED BRIEF DESCRIPTION The SZI 30 infra-red radiator has sufficient IR capacity to cover rooms of up to 80 m (mono) or 40 m (stereo). SZI 30 infra-red radiators are an integral part of Sennheiser´s modular IR systems which allow added flexibility in the setting up of cordless sound transmission systems.
- Page 9 CONNECTION OF SZI 30 INFRA-RED RADIATORS SZI 30 infra-red radiators are suitable for use with SI 1015 or SI 30 modulators. These devices provide the SZI 30 radiators with the required RF signal (SZI 30 can also be used as auxiliary radiators in multi-channel systems with SI 1029 or SI 29-5 modulators).
- Page 10 ON/OFF SWITCH - AUTOMATIC ON/OFF FUNCTION SZI 30 infra-red radiators and NT 20 plug-in mains units have no ON/OFF switch. • After plug-in of the mains power supply unit the infra-red radiator is in the standby mode. • The infra-red radiator is switched on (and off) by means of the transmitted RF signal.

Le diffuseur infrarouge SZI 30 ainsi que les blocs d’alimentation ne comportent pas d’interrupteur marche/arrêt. • Une fois le bloc d’alimentation enfiché, le diffuseur est prêt à fonctionner (mise en veille). • La mise en et hors circuit du diffuseur a lieu par l’intermédiaire du signal HF qui lui parvient.

- Page 17 COLLEGAMENTO AD ANELLO DEI RADIATORI A RAGGI INFRAROSSI Il radiatore a raggi infrarossi SZI 30 viene collegato a valle con un trasmettitore a raggi infrarossi SI 1015 o SI 30. Questi apparecchi alimentano il radiatore con la necessaria tensione ad alta frequenza.

Sul radiatore a raggi infrarossi SZI 30 e sugli alimentatori non si trova nessun interruttore di INSERIMENTO/DISINSERIMENTO. • Dopo l’allacciamento dell’alimentatore il radiatore si trova in funzione standby. • Il radiatore viene acceso (o spento) attraverso il segnale RF in arrivo.
