Assembling stand

Please observe the enclosed assembling instructions!
Connect the firewood splitter to the power supply
system only after having finished the complete as-
sembly.
Two persons are required for assembly.
Removing the wheels
Remove the mains plug from the socket
On both sides, remove the hubcap (A) from the wheel
(B). Remove also the circlip (C) on both sides.
Pull off the wheels (B) from the axle.
Assembling the stand
Put the middle brace (4) through the dedicated open-
ing of the rear brace (3).

Make sure that the middle brace slightly projects
(approx. 6 cm). To fix the braces tighten the hexagon
screw (M10x20) hand-tight.
Then, put the wheels (A) on the axle of the rear brace
(3) on both sides Secure the wheels using the circlips
(C). Put on the hubcaps (A) on both sides
Put the middle brace (4) in the dedicated opening of
the front leg (1).
Tighten the hexagon screw (M10x20) hand-tight to fix
the braces.

Assembling the firewood splitter on the stand
A second person must hold the firewood splitter on its
carrying handle in vertical position. Remove the
screws of the foot (D) and remove the foot.
Place the firewood splitter on the ground again and put
the rear legs (2) on the axle of the firewood splitter.
Together with the second person lift the firewood split-
ter along with the rear legs (2) and put it onto the
stand.
Put the rear legs (2) in the dedicated openings of the
rear brace (3).

Make also sure that the firewood splitter safely
rests on the front leg (1).
On both sides, put the hexagon screw (M8x25)
though the hole in the rear legs (2) and tighten them
hand-tight.
On both sides, put the hexagon screws (M8x25)
through the holes in the front leg (1). Also tighten both
hexagon screws hand-tight at first.
Screw the hexagon screws (M10x20) in the rear
brace (3) on the left and right side and tighten them
hand-tight.
If the stand is not orthogonal, loosen the middle hexa-
gon screw (M10x20) of the rear brace (3), align the
stand and retighten the hexagon screw.
Firmly tighten all hexagon socket screws
Now, the firewood splitter is completely assembled on
its stand.
The machine must be placed in a stable manner on a
solid and flat surface (such as concrete floor). To en-
sure the stability, it is necessary to screw the machine
with two dowels and screws (at least Ø10 x 80) on the
ground.
