Thank you for your purchase of our electric BBQ grill. To use this BBQ properly and safely, please read the
following instructions carefully.

PREPARATION BEFORE USE

1.
Take apart the grill plate, small pans and/or granite grill plate, clean with a soft damp cloth. Place your
appliance on the level and stable surface.
2.
Check that the voltage marked on the product corresponds with your supply voltage. Ensure the controller is
in the "O" position before plug in.
OPERATION
Connect the BBQ to the power supply. Turn the switch from "O" TO "一 " position and the indicator light is on

for working, then pre-heating the BBQ set for 5 minutes.

As the different heat of cooking request, put your food on the small pans and place them under the heating
sources. Or place your food directly on the grill plate for the purpose of grilling.
When you have finished using the BBQ, turn the switch to "O" position and unplug it from the socket. Wait

until the appliance is completely cool down before moving or cleaning.
MAINTENANCE & CARE
1.
Make sure the plug is removed from the power supply socket. After the BBQ grill set is completely cooled
down, clean it with the mild cleaner or gel-like cleaner by using soft cloth.
PLEASED DO NOT CLEAN THE SET WHEN IT IS STILL HOT.
2.
DO NOT USE hard brushes, scratchy materials and/or alcohol, petrol or any organic cleaner for the cleaning
purpose
3.
Except the removable grill plate, do not immerse the main body in water to clean.
4.
Put the BBQ grill set on the cool place right after the cleaning.
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
1.
CORRECT USE OF ELECTRICITY
a)
To prevent the risk of electric shock, DO NOT USE the set with broken power supply wires or broken
plug. All repair works must be made by a professional (authorized distributor). NEVER TRY TO REPAIR
the cable or plug by yourself. Please take the damaged set to your local authorized maintenance center
b)
Use of an extension cord is not recommended as it may overheat and cause risk of fire. However, if an
extension cord must be used, the cord should be 1.0mm
c)
To prevent overloading and blowing fuses, ensure that no other high power appliance is plugged into the
same socket, or another socket which is connected in the same circuit.
d)
DO NOT PUT the cord under the carpet, blankets. Always keep the power cable away from walkway in
room.
e)
DO NOT TRY TO REPAIR the broken fuse by yourself, the user should take the set to your local
authorized maintenance center to replace it with the new one.

SAFETY IN OPERATION

a)
DO NOT OPERATE this BBQ set near water sources or flammable liquids.
b)
DO NOT OPERATE this BBQ set on or near any hot surface. (Hot plate, electric stoves etc).
c)
Ensure the BBQ set is placed on a stable, secure surface to eliminate the possibility of tipping over or
avoid any water in the set.
d)
Closed supervision is necessary when this BBQ set is used by children. Never operate this appliance
unattended.
e)
Always operate this BBQ set from an earthed domestic 220-240V~50-60Hz power socket.
f)
Never try to touch the hot surface of this BBQ set before it is cool down.
