ANWENDUNG
•
Wählen Sie mithilfe des auf der Innenseite des Metall-
kastens befindlichen Aufklebers den für den Durch-
messer Ihrer Bohrung geeigneten Innenauszieher aus.
•
Führen Sie den Innenauszieher in die Bohrung ein und
schrauben Sie die Spindel (1) bei gleichzeitigem
Gegenhalten der Mutter (2) ein. Die scharfkantigen
Profile der Abzugbacken setzen sich beim Spreizen
bündig unter das Lager.
•
Wählen Sie nun die für den jeweiligen Innenauszieher
passende Gegenstütze.
•
Setzen Sie die Gegenstütze auf dem Gehäuse auf und
schrauben Sie die Spindel der Gegenstütze (3) auf die
Spindel des Innenausziehers (1).
•
Durch Festhalten des Knebels (4) und gleichzeitiges
Anziehen der Mutter (5) kann das Lager herausgezogen
werden.
PFLEGE
•
Halten Sie das Gewinde der Spindel stets sauber.
•
Schützen Sie Ihre Innenauszieher-Garnitur vor
Beschädigung, Korrosion und Schmutz, indem Sie sie
nach Gebrauch an einem trockenen, sauberen Ort
aufbewahren.
•
Reinigen Sie Ihre Innenauszieher-Garnitur und alle
enthaltenen Werkzeuge äußerlich mit einem sauberen
Putztuch. Verwenden Sie kein Waschbenzin oder andere
chemische Lösungsmittel.
UMWELTSCHUTZ
•
Bei einer Aussonderung sind die geltenden Arbeits- und
Umweltschutzvorschriften zu beachten.
•
Bestandteile der Wiederverwertung zuführen.
•
Metallische Materialreste verschrotten.
•
Verpackung ist aus recyclefähigen Materialien
hergestellt und fachgerecht zu entsorgen.

Bore Puller Set
These operating instructions provide important
information for the correct operation of your internal
extractor Bore Puller set ! Read the instructions in full,
keep them in a safe place and pass them on to any
sub-sequent owner!
All safety instructions are always intended for your
own safety!
SAFETY INFORMATION
•
Only use the puller for its intended purpose!
•
Check that the puller is in good condition before using it.
Damaged or worn parts must be replaced before use!
•
Consider the respective spread ranges for the internal
extractors and choose the adequate support brace for
each internal extractor!
•
Use only original spare parts and accessories for your
internal extractor set! Never use worn, modified or
defective spare parts or accessories!
•
Wear goggles and protective clothing when working!
•
Do not use electric or pneumatic power or percussion
drivers!
FUNCTIONAL COMPONENTS

APPLICATION
•
Choose the adequate internal extractor for the diameter
of your borehole using the information on the instruction
plate in the inside of the metal box.
•
Insert the internal extractor into the borehole and screw
in the spindle (1) during holding up the hex nut (2) at
the same time. The sharp turned-out shoulders of the
pulling shell jaws will press outwards behind the part to
be extracted.
•
Choose the adequate support brace for the respective
internal extractor.
•
Attach the support brace to the housing and screw the
spindle of the support brace (3) on the spindle of the
internal extractor (1).
•
By holding the toggle (4) and simultaneous screwing the
hex nut (5) the bearing can be pulled out.
SERVICING
•
Always keep the threads of the spindle and the crossbar
clean.
•
Protect your internal extractor set against damage,
corrosion and dirt by keeping it in a clean and dry place
after use.
•
Clean the outside of the internal extractor set and all
Support brace
contained tools with a clean, dry cleaning cloth. Do not
use cleaner's solvent or other chemical solvents.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
•
Dispose of the internal extractor set in compliance with
guidelines for environmental protection and work safety.
•
Components can be recycled.
•
Metal rests can be scrapped.
•
Packaging is made of recyclable materials and must be
disposed of accordingly.
