Known Issues
- Direct 3D is not supported under XP. It is supported under Win 7 Aero mode.
General Recommendations
- Incompatibilities exist when using other Video over USB Devices on a single
system. Please ensure that all other Video over USB drivers are uninstalled
before continuing with your j5create installation.
- Check to make sure that the device is plugged in correctly to the host
