When unpacking, ensure that the following elements are included:

WARNING: All packaging materials, such as tape, plastic sheets, wire ties and tags are not part of this toy and
should be discarded for your child's safety.
Please refer to page 2 for a detailed diagram of the Walkie-Talkie:

Precautions for Use
• Keep a minimum distance around the device for sufficient ventilation.
• The openings should never be blocked by newspapers, curtains, tablecloths, etc.
• Do not place the device on open flames such as lighted candles.
• Batteries should be disposed properly. Take them to the collection container in order to protect the
environment.
• Device for use in a temperate and/or tropical climate.
• Do not expose this product near dripping or splashing water. No objects filled with liquids such as vases
should be placed on the unit.
Warning: Risk of explosion if battery is incorrectly replaced. Please only replace it with an identical or a similar
battery. Dispose of used batteries according to instructions.

• To reduce radio frequency exposure when you're using your TW12 series, hold the handset at least 25mm from your
face.
• Never use your walkie-talkies outdoors in a thunderstorm.
• Don't use your PMR in the rain.
• If your PMR becomes wet, turn it off and remove the battery pack. Dry the battery compartment and leave the
battery cover off for a few hours. Don't use the PMR until it is completely dry.
• Keep the PMR out of the reach of babies and young children.
• Battery should not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like.
• The device complies with RF specifications when used near your body. Keep a distance of 0mm from the
body. Ensure that the device accessories, such as a device case and device holster, are not composed of metal
components. Keep the device away from your body to meet the distance requirement.
Each Walkie-Talkie works with 1 x 9V d.c,
1. The battery compartment is located at the back of the unit. Before installing the batteries, first remove
the belt-clip located on the compartment. Pull the clip latch and lift the belt-clip up to remove it.
2. Using a screwdriver, open the battery compartment cover.
3. Install the 2 x 6F22 batteries, one in each unit, observing the polarity indicated at the bottom of the
battery compartment, and as per the diagram shown opposite.
4. Close the battery compartment, tighten the screw and put the belt-clip back.
Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged. Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from
the toy before being charged. Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.
Different types of batteries or new and used batteries are not to be mixed. Only batteries of the same or
equivalent type as recommended are to be used. Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity.
Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the toy. The supply terminals are not to be short circuited.
Do not throw batteries into a fire. Remove the batteries if you are not going to use the game for a
long period of time. Battery shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like.
WARNING: Mal-function or loss of memory may be caused by strong frequency interference or electrostatic
discharge. Should any abnormal function occur, remove the batteries and insert them again.
