OPERATION | INSTALLATION
OPERATION
The volume of water expands as the water heater is
heated up. Expansion water drips from the tap. This
is a necessary and normal process.
If you use the tap in conjunction with our SNU 5 SL anti-drip
comfort with anti-drip function the expansion water is kept inside
the water heater.
4.
Operation
You can draw water by pulling the lever forward and up.
By pivoting the lever sideways you set the required temperature
through mixing the cold and hot water. Turning it to the right
releases cold water, turning it to the left releases hot water.
5.

Cleaning, care and maintenance

Clean the taps with a damp cloth. Never use abrasive or corrosive
cleaning agents.
Descale the perlator if it is clogged with limescale. Remove it from
the pivoting arm to do this.
6.

What to do if ...

6.1

... there is no hot water

The tap is fully opened. In this case it could be that the water
heater has not heated the water because there is no power. Check
the MCB/fuse and residual current device in your fuse box.
6.2
... the water fl ow rate is weak
It could be that the jet controller in the tap is contaminated or
scaled up. In this case clean the jet controller or descale it. You
can order the jet controller from us as a replacement part with
part number 279932.
6.3

... water is dripping from the tap

When water expands in the water heater expansion water drips
from the tap. This is a normal process.
