BARBECUE TEMPERATURES
The burner can be set to temperatures between 200 and 350 degrees. The temperatures are estimates as they can vary depending on the
outside temperature and the wind strength.

AFTER USE

1. Switch the gas knob for each burner to the X position.
2. Close the gas cylinder valve.
3. Leave the barbecue to cool down completely before cleaning it.
4. Put the barbecue cover on the barbecue.
CARE
Very little cleaning is required between uses as most of the fat either vaporizes or drains into the drip pan. To clean the grid, use a barbecue
brush with brass or steel bristles.
Remove the grid and clean the U-burners, again using a barbecue brush with brass or steel bristles. The U-burners must only be cleaned
with a dry brush. Finally, remove and clean the fat drip pan. Important: If you use an oven cleaner, make sure you leave the barbecue to dry
completely after cleaning. To accelerate the drying process, you can turn the barbecue to the highest setting for several minutes. Stainless
steel surfaces can be cleaned using conventional stainless steel cleaners. Clean the stainless steel grid with a barbecue brush with brass
or steel bristles. Do not use any sharp items or aggressive cleaning agents. To extend your barbecue's service life, we recommend using a
suitable HEAT protective cover to provide it with additional protection. If the barbecue is not being used, after it has cooled down it should be
protected against the elements with a protective cover.
MAINTENANCE
Regular maintenance of your barbecue will help keep it operating properly. Inspect the gas supply parts at least twice a year and after all long
periods of storage. Spiders and other insects can create blockages that must be removed before use. After a longer period of non-use you
should perform a LEAK TEST before using the barbecue again. If you are in any doubt, contact your local gas supplier or the agent responsible
for selling the barbecue. Before storing your barbecue for longer periods, lightly grease all metal parts to prevent corrosion. After prolonged
storage and at least once more during the barbecue season, check the gas tube for cracks, kinks or other damage. A damaged gas tube must
be replaced immediately as described in this manual. To extend the service life of your barbecue, we recommend covering it with a suitable
HEAT protective cover after it has cooled off completely to protect it from the elements. To avoid the accumulation of humidity during
storage, remove the protective cover after rain. You can purchase a protective cover from your local barbecue distributor.
