Step 7: Adjustment of guard support

Loosen the guard support (21) by loosening the corresponding bolts (22).

Adjust the position of the support to obtain a smooth engagement with the guard
and a good alignment of the latter with the frame.

Install the lock with #10 screws and nuts provided. Ensure the guard is well in place
when the lock is clamped.

Tighten all the guard support bolts.
Step 8: Installation of the driving chain

Install the sprocket F61-24316 (21 Teeth) on the top gearbox. Order and install 19 teeth
sprocket #F61-25455P instead for harvester F41-800. Align with the drive sprocket.

Install the drive chain (24).

Check the alignment of the tightener sprocket (25) and adjust the spacer positions as
required.

Bind the chain by pushing on the sprocket and tighten it. The chain should have a 6mm
(1/4") slack on the loose side.
