FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

Figure 1 names the major components of the HAUSSMANN XPERT electric mixer:
1. Mixing bar
2. Mixer spindle
3. Machine collar
4. 2 Speed switch
5. Switch trigger
6. Safety button
7. Variable speed switch.
8. Housing
ASSEMBLY
MOUNTING OF THE MIXING HEAD
1. For standard M14 mixing bar (Fig 2). Screw the mixing bar (2) with the M14
external thread into the mixer spindle (1) with two 24mm open end wrench.
2. For other size mixing bars (Fig.3)
a. Screw the M14 mixing connection (2) with the M14 external thread into the
mixer spindle (1).
b. Connect the 5/8" (13 mm) chuck (3) with the mixing connection (2).
c. Insert the mixing bar(4) into the 5/8" (13 mm) chuck(3), then screw the 5/8" (13
mm) chuck tightly with chuck key.
TOOL SELECTION
For various viscosities and material compositions, we recommend the following
mixer tools:
1. Optimal for mixing sticky and viscous materials, e.g. tile adhesive, bonding
mortar, joint compound, ready-mixed plaster, floor screed, fillers, etc (Fig.4):
