Rubber washers' location
Fitting kit
- 4 rubber inserts
- 4 screws BHC 5×20 black
- 2 fitting brackets
- 4 steel washers Ø8L15
Assembly
- Place the rubber inserts on the fitting brackets.
- Fit these ones on the nose screen thanks to the screws BHc 5×20 and the plastic washers, by inserting the rubber
spacers between the nose screen and the brackets (see photo 1).
- Remove the 4 fitting screws of the handlebar risers (see photo 2).
- Mount the unit nose screen / fitting brackets on the riser by inserting a steel washer Ø8 L15 between the riser
and fitting brackets, so that these last do not touch the riser. Attach it with the 4 provided screws BHc 8×40 to
replace the original screws : JAM FRONT SCREWS AT FIRST, and then tighten rear screws.
- Place the self-adhesive rubber pads inside
the nose screen to places shown thereafter :
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break our plastic accessories and aluminium screws.
* The mentioned label of motorbikes's manufacturers are indicated exclusively as a reference to Ermax accessories.
* Screens damaged by an inadequat washing are not guaranteed (abrasive, corrosive ... products, solvent, thinner, benzine ...). Wash immediately brake or battery fluid which may flow on accessories.
