Step 1)
Remove (1) outlet fitting from the ambient air pump, and install the supplied Chicago fitting in its
place. (Use supplied adapter(s) if necessary).
Step 2)
Install the supplied hose on the air pump and Cool Box
Step 3)
Make sure manual drain cock on the cooling coil is closed.
Step 4)
Place at least 20lbs of ice in Cool Box
Step 5)
Attach respirators and hoses to outlet connections on the Cool Box
Note: Maximum inlet pressure for the unit should not exceed recommended operating pressure
of the ambient air pump.

• Turn off compressor or compressed air source to Cool Box
• Remove water and ice from box.
• Open the manual drain cock valve in cooler coils to drain water.
•
Check regulator/filter assembly periodically to assure manual drain is functioning properly.
• Drain water from coil daily.
• Check filter regularly and replace if dirty.
