Die Reparatur unter Garantie muss bei FARO durchgeführt werden; Transportspesen und –Risiken gehen zu Lasten des Kunden. Die Reparatur unter Garantie wird nur dann gewährt, wenn: − Das Zertifikat vollständig ausgefüllt und per Fax im voraus an FARO geschickt wurde (039.6010540). Die Garantie gilt für Schäden, die durch Qualitätsmängel des Materials oder Herstellungsfehler entstanden sind. Im Falle einer begründeten Reklamation bietet die Garantie die kostenfreie Reparatur oder den Ersatz. -
