Capacitive sensors with
ETM = EasyTeach by magnet
1. Mounting
Mount and securely fix the sensor in the desired position.
2. Electrical Connection
The electrical connection should be made according to the connection diagram below. Please
consider the technical specifications provided on the unit and the data sheet.
The sensor is delivered with sensor adjusted nominal sensing distance (Sn).

3. Adjustment
The sensor adjustment is made by means of a pro-
gramming magnet. The teach spot is placed at the
rear of the sensor at the inclined area close to the
LED's.
Ideally the attached magnet should be used as the
programming magnet.
