HOW TO USE:
1- Insert slice/Julienne slicer blade(D,G) into mandolin top(B) as shown in
fig.1
2- Turn the dial(I) on the back of mandolin top(B) for 4 mm, 3mm, and 2mm
slice or julienne slice. See fig.2
3- Securely place mandolin top(B) over a bowl.
4- Secure food with hand guard(A), hold the hand guard(A) and slide back
and forth to slice food. See fig 3.
5- For your safety,turn the dial(I) on the back of mandolin top(B) to locked
postion while not in use.
ALWAYS USE FOOD GUARD(A) TO PREVENT INJURY.
