I. DELTA UV LIMITED WARRANTY
Units in the BIO-UV range are guaranteed subject to the following conditions:
2 years for the PVC reactors (E and ES)

Warranties exceptions:
Exceptional cases of corrosion in particular electrolytic
Damages caused by overpressure
Overtaking of the maximum operating pressure
No respect of the installation recommendations
Reactor that has run without water
Damages due to freezing
2 years for all electrical components except the UV lamp (consumable).

Warranties exceptions:
Electrical components are not guaranteed against overvoltage and lightening damage
Modification and add of components within the electrical cabinet
Use of parts that don't come from DELTA-UV
No respect of the installation recommendations
A reactor that has run without water
No respect of the use and maintenance recommendations.
Unsuitable electric supply
Caution: the quartz tube and the lamp are not guaranteed against breakage.
This Warranty is Limited in that it does not cover any monetary reimbursement for freight
-
charges, for removal and/or installation labor, or any other incurred costs by any other
person(s) or firm(s), including (but not limited to) any consequential damage or loss of use
that might be claimed. The Limited Warranty period shall commence upon the date of sale
to the User, but in all cases no later than one hundred twenty (120) days after the date of
manufacture of the UV unit, as shown on the Delta UV date code located on the product
identification label, whichever occurs first. UV units received with factory identification
missing, mutilated or altered, or units received containing components not supplied by BIO-
UV or modified in any way, will not be warranted under any circumstances.
If the instructions for installation and use are not followed, DELTA-UV cannot accept

responsibility and the guarantees will be considered null and void.
