M. Troubleshooting
Player cannot be
turned ON
No sound
heard
Downloading
music files fails.
 Check whether the battery has enough
energy.
 Check whether the Volume is set to

"minimum" and connect the earphone
plugs firmly.
 Check whether the earphone plug is
dirty.
 Corrupted WMA/MP3 may make a static
noise and the sound may cut off. Make
sure that the music files are not
corrupted.
 Check whether the music file's format is
supported
 Check whether the player's 3.5mm plug
and/or USB plug is connected properly.
 Check whether the driver is installed
correctly.
 Check whether the player's memory is
full.
