• Poprzez technologiczne otwory w podłużnicach (pkt 3) przykręcić lekko element D
śrubami M12x35 8.8.
Odkręcić wieszak tłumika i zdemontować osłonę termiczną.
• Poprzez technologiczne otwory w podłużnicach (pkt 2) przykręcić lekko element C
śrubami M12x35 8.8.
• Do elementów C i D przykręcić lekko belkę zaczepu A śrubami M12x35 8.8 (pkt 1).
• Przykręcić kulę i podstawę gniazda elektrycznego.
• Dokręcić wszystkie śruby z momentem wg tabeli.
• Podłączyć instalację elektryczną.
• Przykręcić wieszak tłumika oraz zamontować osłonę termiczną
• Screw slightly the element D with bolts M12x35 8.8,
through the technological holes in the metal clamps (point 3).
Unscrew the hanger of the damper and disassemble thermal shield.
• Screw slightly the element C with bolts M12x35 8.8, through the technological holes
in the metal clamps (point 2).
• Screw slightly the main bar A to the elements C and D with bolts M12x35 8.8 (point 1).
• Fix the ball and electric plate.
• Tighten all the bolts according to the torque setting- see the table.
• Connect the electric wires.
• Screw the hanger of the damper and assemble thermal shield.
• Desserrer la roue de secours,
• Serrez legèrement les élements de Rochet C et D aux longerons par les
boulons M12x35 8.8 (point 2, 3).
• Serrew les élements du crochet C et D au socle du Rochet A par les
boulonsi M12x35 8.8 (point 1).
• Serrer tous les boulons avec un couple de serrage selon tableau,
• Visser le crochet d'attelage et socle de prise électrique par les boulonsM12x70 8.8.
• Raccorder le circuit électrique.
• Desserrer la roue de secours.
