Before using for the fi rst time
Before the appliance is used for the fi rst time, it must be thoroughly cleaned
as described in the section General Care and Cleaning.
Short-time operation
The appliance is designed to process average domestic quantities of food; it
may be operated without interruption for a maximum of 1 minute, when it
should be allowed to cool down for approximately 5 minutes.
Operating button
The blender is equipped with a 2-position operating button.
Level I (1 dot)
Level II (2 dots) - high power
Operation

Always use a suitable container for operation. A tall container with a fl at
base is best.

Push the blender unit down into the ingredients in the bowl before
briefl y switching the unit on with the operation button.
✦
Make sure that the unit can rotate freely inside the bowl and is not
blocked during operation.

As soon as the operating button is released, the blender will switch off .
