If necessary, adjust as explained below:

Remove the screw from
extremities of the slides
that are fixed at the side
of the furniture. And just
loosen the center screw.
Fix the extremities screw
at the adjustable holes of
the slides, but don't
tighten totally.
Level the slides as
needed and then tighten
the screws totally.
At last, tighten totally the
center screw.
