The puck is a USB power supply providing 5V
DC to power the iPad or iPad mini. The iPad is
connected to the puck using the standard USB
cable, supplied with the iPad.
The puck requires a DC power supply
between 12V and 24V DC.
The cable between the DC power supply and the
puck must have a cable section of at least 0.8mm²
and maximum 1.5mm². The applicable maximum
cable lengths are specified on page 9 for both 12V
and 24V.

In order to limit power loss in the cable, we
recommend using a star wiring from the
12V/24V DC power supply to each single
puck.
Please do not install puck's in cascade since
this will lead to high current and power
dropping in the connection cable.
We advise to automatically put the iPad in
standby mode when not in use to reduce
power consumption.
