Fitting kit
- 1 fitting bracket
- 3 screws BHc 6×15 black big head
- 2 plastic washers Ø6
Fitting instructions
- Remove the original rear hugger.
- Place the threaded fastener on the fitting bracket and then screw the whole on the motorcycle using one screw 6×15
(see picture below).
- Remove the bracket securing the brake hose (see photo).
- Place the rear hugger :
On right side, fit it with the original screw by placing the brake hose bracket on the hugger.
On left side, screw it with the provided screws and washers. The plastic spacer must be placed
between the original fitting bracket and the hugger.
- Pay attention the hugger is well center over the tire and no degradation is possible before final tightening.
Twist the bracket securing the brake fluid reservoir to the outside of the bike to avoid any impact
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of our
painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* The mentioned label of motorbikes's manufacturers are indicated exclusively as a reference to Ermax accessories.
* Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break our plastic accessories and aluminium screws.
* A few tyres, faithful to ETRTO standards, may be in fact bigger and higher than dimensions engraved on the tyre (until + 10 mm). They may be not compatible with undertrays and rear huggers which we made with original
tyres and whose dimensions correspond to these ones engraved on tyre.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.

- 1 plastic spacer Ø10 L : 5mm
during suspension compression.
