How to Use
Turn on the power switch at the bottom of the machine

Press the start button and the machine starts to run.

Press + and - buttons to adjust machine speed

When the battery power is less than 20%, the light line at the bottom of the

machine shows red; when the battery power is less than 10%, the power
display window shows E1, indicating that it needs to be charged in time.
When the battery is full, the light line at the bottom of the machine changes

from red to green.
Massage Heads
Gently move the Massage Gun along the muscles. Massage tensed muscles

to your preference. Avoid placing the Massage Gun on the spine.
