Start-up guide

This section explains how to use the Barbie Walkie-Talkies. It is recommended to read the complete user
guide for detailed instructions and safety warnings.

Insert 1 x 6F battery (not included) in each walkie-
talkie. The battery compartment located at the back
of the unit.
To turn the walkie-talkies on, turn the knob from the
'OFF' position towards 'VOL' until the volume is right.
Press the call button located on the side of the unit to
speak from a distance of up to 100 metres. Release the
key to listen to the other end. Note: it is recommended
to use the walkie-talkies from a distance of at least 1.5
meters and on a flat and open area.
Press the code key, located on the centre of the unit, to
compose Morse messages and hear sound effects.
