Votre base de douche utilise une résine de renforcement sans
styrène ayant une concentration minimale en COV*. Ceci réduit de
façon importante les émissions de COV liés à fabrication,
permettant ainsi de diminuer les impacts potentiels sur la santé
humaine. De plus, la fabrication des composants de cette résine
consomme moins d'électricité que celle des composants d'une
résine avec styrène; ceci permet de réduire les impacts potentiels
liés aux changements climatiques et à l'utilisation de ressources
non renouvelables.

IMPORTANT
 Ce manuel d'installation vous servira pour la pose de votre base
de douche avec ou sans le mur en acrylique (vendu séparément).
Le manuel d'installation pour la porte de douche se trouve dans la
boîte de celle-ci.
 Veuillez inscrire le numéro de production de votre base de
douche dans l'espace prévu ci-dessous. Le numéro de production
se trouve à l'endos de la base, près du drain, et est composé de 8
chiffres, ie : 101209 #21. Cette information vous sera demandée
par le manufacturier advenant un problème avec le produit.

 1 sac de mortier léger (OBLIGATOIRE - SINON LA
GARANTIE SERA NULLE)
 1 feuille de polyéthylène de 2 mm
 2 tubes d'adhésif recommandé pour le plastique*, 1 tube de
scellant latex/acrylique pour salle de bain* et pistolet à
calfeutrage
 Cales d'ajustement
 2 lattes de bois de +/- 2'' x 70'' x 5/8'' et 8 lattes de dimensions
variables (selon votre douche, soit 31'', 34'' ou 36'') - voir Fig. 10

nouvelle douche Enviro-bath
Industries Technoform Ltée. Veuillez en lire le contenu avant
d'entamer l'installation. Par la suite, assurez-vous de le conserver
dans un lieu sûr pour référence future.
 Retirez le produit de son emballage, vérifiez que toutes les
composantes s'y trouvent et assurez-vous que le produit soit en

Your shower base uses styrene-free reinforcement resin with
minimal VOC* content. This allows for a significant reduction in
VOC emissions related to manufacturing, which allows the
reduction of potential impacts on human health. In addition, the
manufacturing process for resin components consumes less
electricity than the production of styrene resin components, which
allows for the reduction of potential impacts related to climate
change and exploitation of non-renewable resources.

CONTENT

IMPORTANT
 This manual will guide you through the installation process of
your shower base with or without the acrylic wall (sold
separately). The door installation manual can be found in the box
of the shower door.
Please indicate the production number of your shower base in the

space provided below. The production number can be found in
the back of the base, near the drain, and has 8 digits, ie: 101209
#21. You will be required to provide this number to the
manufacturer should a problem arise with the product.
REQUIRED TOOLS & MATERIALS
 Measuring tape, level, square and pencil
 Hole saw, hammer and utility knife
 Robertson screwdriver #8 + #8 x 1 ¼ flat head screws (min of 6)
 2'' Masking tape
 Electric drill and 1/8'' countersink bit
 1 bag of light mortar (MANDATORY - OTHERWISE THE
WARRANTY WILL BE NULL)
 2 mm polyethylene sheet
 2 cartridges of adhesive recommended for plastic*, 1 cartridge of
latex/acrylic caulk for bathroom* and caulking gun
 Wood wedges
 2 wooden laths of +/- 2'' x 70'' x 5/8'' and 8 laths of variable
dimensions (according to the size of your shower: 31'', 34'' or
36'') - see Fig. 10
* Please see with your retailer.
PRIOR TO STARTING
 This guide covers the installation process as well as the
maintenance of your new Enviro-bath
shower by Technoform Industries Ltd. Please read it carefully
prior to installation. You should then keep it in a safe place for
future reference.
 Remove the product from its packaging, make sure that all of the
components are there and verify that the product is in good
