For the safety of your child: • Please use the Caretero Volante Fix car seat only to secure your child in the car. • This car seat may be installed with ISOFIX and TopTether systems or with 3-point car seat belts. The special construction of the car seat allows to secure the child with the 5-point harness also in group II (15-25 kg). -

• Commision a full check of the car seat after a possible damaging (eg. when the seat falls to the ground). • Regularly check all vital elements of the car seat for signs of damage. Make sure all mechanical parts of the seat are functioning properly. -

To adjust the 5-point seat belt height, begin with loosening the harness by pressing the button in the front of the seat and pulling both shoulder belts (B-2). Now pull the height adjustment mechanism lever located at the back of the seat and slide the mechanism up or down to adjust the height of the belts (B-3).

Page 21: Uninstalling The Seat
It is possible to use the 5-point harnes for a child weighing 15-25 kg when the seat is installed with the 3-point car seat belts and the TopTether system. Follow the steps described in point 10 and install the seat with 3-point car seat belts. Adjust the TopTether strap length with the tensioner (G-1). - Page 22 Rinse the buckle with clean water and leave it until it is completely dry. Remember to ONLY use the original upholstery for the Caretero VolanteFix seat, as it is an integral part of the seat and plays an important role in its proper functioning.
