Operating and assembly instructions

• The built-in vacuum cleaner may only be
connected and commissioned according to
the instructions on the nameplate.
• Before using the appliance, you must make
sure that a Swirl® vacuum cleaner bag A07 is
correctly installed in the suction chamber. One
bag is already included in the scope of delivery.
Without a bag, the motor may be damaged.
• If under supervision or familiarised with the safe
use of the appliance and thus understanding
resulting risks, this appliance may be used
by children from the age of 8 years as well
as by persons with reduced physical, sensory
or mental abilities or lack of experience and
knowledge. Children must not play with the
appliance. Children may clean and maintain
the appliance only if under supervision.
• Do not start damaged appliances and
disconnect them from the mains! If the mains
connecting cable of this appliance is damaged,
it must be replaced by the manufacturer or
a similarly qualified person in order to avoid
risks.
• Only authorised specialists are allowed to
repair the appliance and replace spare parts
(vacuum cleaner bag not included). You
must contact the manufacturer for repair (see
service, repair and spare parts).
• In case of abnormal noise, odour, smoke or
other malfunctions, pull the mains plug or
disconnect the main fuse, if required.
• Never attempt to repair the appliance by
yourself. A broken seal on the motor housing
will irrevocably void the guarantee!
• Make sure that the castors are not damaged
by foreign matter or liquids. Before pulling out
the appliance, the space in front of the built-in
vacuum cleaner must be clear.

• Never use the pulled-out appliance as climbing
aid!
• Attention! Risk of tripping due to the pulled-out
appliance!
• Attention! Risk of injury! Never open the motor
compartment with the motor running!
• We do not assume any liability for damage and
consequential damage due to unprofessional
installation!
• The installation instructions and the operating
instructions are provided at the end of this
booklet.
DISPOSAL
At the end of its service life this
product may not be disposed of
as part of normal domestic waste.
It must be taken to a dedicated
collection point for recycling
electrical and electronic devices.
This is referred to by the symbol on the product,
the operating instructions or the packaging.
Materials can be recycled in accordance with
their identification. Recycling, material-sensitive
recycling or any other form of recycling of
used devices enables you to make a valuable
contribution to protecting our environment.
Please contact your local municipal authorities
to find out who is responsible for disposal.
When disposing of the appliance remove the
power cord and then dispose of the appliance
in an environmentally compatible manner (e.g.
drop-off recycling centre).
