GUARANTEE

GREENCUT guarantees a 2 years warrantee for all its products (valid in Europe).
This guarantee is subject to the purchasing date and taking into consideration the purpose of
use of the product. In order to claim your guarantee, you must present your receipt of purchase
and its description, as well as the defective product.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, especially on the battery, due to non-
compliance with the operating and maintenance instructions.
In the event that repairs or modifications have been made by the consumer or other than with
original GREENCUT spare parts, the warranty will be voided.
In the event of a justified warranty claim, we are entitled, at our discretion, to repair or replace
the defective tool free of charge. Other claims beyond this warranty are not valid.

DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY (CE)

PRAT INTERNATIONAL BRANDS S.L., owner of the GREENCUT brand, with legal address in
Calle Migdia S / N. 43830 - Torredembarra, SPAIN, declares that the battery charger GREENCUT
CBT400L, as from 2018 series onwards, are in accordance with the requirements of the
applicable European Parliament Directives and of the Council:
• Directive 2014/30/EU of the European Parliament Directives and of the Council of 26th
February 2014 on the harmonization of the laws of the Member States relating to
electromagnetic compatibility (recast).
• Directive 2014/35/EU of the European Parliament Directives and of the Council, of 26th
February 2014 on the harmonization of the laws of the Member States relating to the
commercialization of electrical equipment destined to be used with certain voltage limits.
