2. Warnings
Children should be supervised to ensure
that they do not play with the appliance.
If the electrical cord of this appliance is
damaged, it must be replaced by an autho-
rized customer service centre since special-
ized tools are necessary.
Improper use may cause injury.
Never immerse the motor unit (4) in water.
Never put metallic objects or fingers near
the blades of the appliance while operating.
Never touch moving parts of the appliance
whilst in use.
Do not leave the appliance unattended
while operating.
Keep the appliance away from sinks or taps.
By releasing the button (2) and the button (3), Fig. A, watch the
blade which will continue to rotate for a few seconds.
Do not damage the blade by cutting hard parts (bones, shells, etc.).
Do not operate the appliance for more than 10 seconds if the food
being processed creates an excessive load and if it is almost blocking
the rotation of the blade.
Blades are very sharp, to prevent injury,
handle them with extreme care, both during
use and while washing. Do not try to sharp-
en the blades. Risk of personal injury.
