Enlever toutes les pièces du carton, les organiser selon les numéros
de pièce indiqués sur la liste et vérifier les quantités des pièces.
ÉTAPE 1 Fixez les cadres latéraux (6) entre le cadre inferieur (4) et le cadre de l'assise (5) en utilisant
deux longues vis (9) pour chaque cadre latéral (6). NE PAS SERRER ENTIÈREMENT LES VIS.
ÉTAPE 2 Fixer le siège (1) aux cadres l'aide de deux vis moyennes (8) pour le cadre arrière (4), deux vis
moyennes (8) pour le cadre de l'assise (5) et une longue vis (9) pour chaque cadre latéral (6). NE PAS SERRER ENTIÈREMENT LES VIS.
ÉTAPE 3 Fixez l'entretoise croisée (3) à l'assemblage, à l'aide de deux vis moyennes (8) pour chaque côté. VOIR DÉTAIL A. Fixez le centre de
l'entretoise croisée (3) à l'aide de vis courtes (7) et d'un écrou avec rondelle (11).
ÉTAPE 4 Fixez le dossier (2) à l'assemblage, à l'aide de deux vis extra longues (10). APPLIQUER UNE PRESSION FERME POUR
ALIGNER LA CHAISE PUIS SERRER ENTIÈREMENT TOUTES LES VIS ET L'ÉCROU. Couvrir les trous dans l'entretoise
croisée (3) en utilisant deux bouchons (12).
ATTENTION: S'ASSURER QUE TOUTES LES VIS ET ÉCROU SONT BIEN SERRÉS AVANT D'UTILISER

OSP DESIGNS SEATING LIMITED WARRANTY
OSP Designs chairs are warranted from the date of purchase against failure due to material and workmanship as follows:
• 5 Years on all non-moving metal parts.

• 2 Years on component parts including Control mechanisms, pneumatic cylinders, wood, plastic parts, base and casters.
• 1 Year on upholstery fabric and foam against wear and deterioration.
To make a warranty claim, contact Parts Department. Provide model number, proof of purchase, description of the problem and obtain return authorization.
At it's option Office Star Products will:
(a) Supply compatible components of current manufacture.
(b) Repair the customer's component. The customer must prepay freight on any components returned to the factory. Return freight on components
still in warranty will be paid by Office Star Products.
*All warranties are limited to the original purchaser for normal Residential usage by persons weighing 200 lbs. or less. This warranty will not cover labor, freight
or damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, accident, vandalism, rusting, acts of nature or any other event beyond the control of Office Star
Products. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that may result from normal use. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is excluded. The
user assumes all risk of injury resulting from use of this product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary
from state to state.
It is the customer's responsibility to prepay freight on any components returned to the factory. Return freight on components covered by warranty
will be paid by Office Star Products.
Our quality standards are among the highest in the industry. Sometimes, no matter how hard we try, there are times when parts are damaged or missing. Our

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING
1. Do not use this product unless all screws and bolts are securely
tightened.
2. Check that all screws and bolts are tight every three months or as
needed.
3. Dispose of packing material properly. Do not use plastic cover as
head covering. It may cause suffocation.
4. Do not use this product as a stepladder.
5. Use this product for its intended purpose only.
6. Intended for residential use only.
