4. Earphones cannot be found or connected by a mobile phone.
• The earphones are not paired with the mobile phone. Pair the earphones with
the mobile phone. See the section "Pairing".
• The mobile phone and the earphones are not within the effective range. Move
the mobile phone closer to the earphones. The maximum effective range is
10 meters. The effective range can be reduced due to any obstacle between
the mobile phone and the earphones.
• The earphones are already connected with another Bluetooth device.
Disconnect the connected device.
5. Cannot hear audio from a mobile phone through the earphones.
• Make sure the earphones are paired and connected with the mobile phone.
• Make sure the earphones and the mobile phone are within the effective range
(up to 10 meters).
• Make sure the earphones are turned on.
• Make sure the mobile phone receives a strong enough signal when making a
phone call.
6. Audio quality is poor after connection with a Bluetooth device.
• The Bluetooth reception is poor. Move the Bluetooth device closer to the
earphones.
7. Playback control functions (e.g. start/pause/skip to next or
previous) are not accessible.
• These functions are only accessible only if the connected audio device
supports the AVRCP profile (Audio/Video Remote Control Profile).
8. Touchpad on the earphone does not work properly.
• Clean the earphone with a dry soft cloth to keep the touchpad from any dirt.
