PREHEATING WITH CONVECTION COOKING
With convection cooking, you may also preheat before placing food in the oven. Preheating will
take up to 30 minutes, depending on the temperature that is set.
For example, to preheat to 340°F and then cook 30 minutes:
1. Press CONVECTION.
2. Press number pad 7 to indicate 340°F
3. Press the START button. "PREH" will flicker in the display until it reaches the designated
temperature. A beep will then sound every 5 seconds to indicate that preheating is done.
4. Open the door and place food at the center of the turntable. Close the door.
5. Use the number pad to enter the cooking time.
6. Press START

GRILL MODE

For Grill mode, there is no need to select a power level. To use the Grill cooking mode:
1. Place food in the oven on the baking plate and close the door.
2. Press the GRILL button.
3. Use the number pad to enter the cooking time.
4. Press START
MICROWAVE + GRILL MODE
Do not use the Baking Plate in this mode, as this mode performs microwaving.
This feature allows you to combine grill and microwave cooking with two different settings. First,
press MICRO.+GRILL either once or twice to choose the desired combination setting. Then, enter
the desired cooking time.
COMBINATION 1: The first 30% of the time entered will use microwave cooking, then the
remaining 70% of that time will be used for grill cooking.
For example, to set Combination 1 cooking for 25 minutes.
1. Press MICRO.+GRILL once.
2. Use the number pad to enter 25:00.
3. Press START.
COMBINATION 2: 55% of the time entered uses microwave cooking, then 45% for grill cooking.
For example, to set Combination 2 cooking for 12 minutes.
1. Press MICRO.+GRILL twice.
2. Use the number pad to enter 12:00.
3. Press START
NOTE: As with other modes, the longest cooking time is 99 minutes and 99 seconds. During cook-
ing, you can check the combination power level by touching the MICRO.+GRILL button.
