REPLACING THE CHUCK
1. TLD1. This model is supplied with a chuck with key (0-4 mm - B10).
If you wish to replace the chuck, interrupt the supply of compressed air, tap a wrench fitted between the reduction gear group
and the chuck (fig.4) with a mallet to remove the chuck itself from the shaft. Then push firmly the new chuck into the shaft.
2. ERG44D-48D-66D-88D-100D-ERGON66D-88D-100D. This model is generally provided with a self-locking chuck (0-6/0-10
mm - 3/8x24).
If you wish to replace the chuck, interrupt the supply of compressed air, clamp the chuck in a vice (fig.4) and insert the key in
the nut to unlock it. Unscrew the chuck and fix on the new one.
3. ERGON130D. This model is generally provided with a self-locking chuck (0-13 mm - 1/2x20).
If you wish to replace the chuck, interrupt the supply of compressed air, clamp the chuck in a vice (fig.4) and insert the key in
the nut to unlock it. Unscrew the chuck and fix on the new one.
REMPLACEMENT DU MANDRIN
1. TLD1. Il est normalement équipé d'un mandrin à clé (0-4 mm - B10).
Si vous souhaitez le remplacer, coupez l'alimentation d'air comprimé, et ajustez un coup de maillet sur une clé pour goupille que
vous aurez introduire entre le groupe réducteur et le mandrin lui-même (fig.4). Pour effectuer le montage, il suffit de pousser le
mandrin à fond sur l'arbre.
2. ERG44D-48D-66D-88D-100D-ERGON66D-88D-100D. Ils sont normalement équipés d'un mandrin auto-serreur (0-6/0-10 mm
- 3/8x24).
Si vous souhaitez le remplacer, coupez l'alimentation d'air comprimé, bloquez le mandrin dans l'étau (fig.6), insérez la clé dans
l'écrou et débloquez-le . Dévissez le mandrin et vissez le neuf.
3. ERGON130D. Ils sont normalement équipés d'un mandrin auto-serreur (0-13 mm - 1/2x20).
Si vous souhaitez le remplacer, coupez l'alimentation d'air comprimé, bloquez le mandrin dans l'étau (fig.6), insérez la clé dans
l'écrou et débloquez-le . Dévissez le mandrin et vissez le neuf.
BOHRFUTTERWECHSEL
1. TLD1. Diese Bohrmaschine ist normalerweise mit einem Schlüssel-Bohrfutter ausgestattet (0-4 mm - B10).
Sollte das Bohrfutter ausgewechselt werden; die Druckluftzufuhr unterbrechen, mit einem Gummihammer einen Schlag auf
einen Keilschlüssel, der zwischen Bohrfutter und Antireb angebracht wird, ansüben (Abb.4). Um das Futter zu mortieren genügt
es dieses bis ans Ende der Welle zu Schieben.
2. ERG44D-48D-66D-88D-100D-ERGON66D-88D-100D. Diese Bohrmaschinen sind normalerweise mit selbstsperrendem
Bohrfutter ausgestattet (0-6/0-10 mm - 3/8x24).
Sollte das Bohrfutter ausgewechselt werden; die Druckluftzufuhr unterbrechen, das Bohrfutter im Schraubstock blockieren
(Abb.6), Schlüssel in die Mutter setzen und lösen. Bohrfutter abschrauben und das neue Bohrfutter festschrauben.
3. ERGON130D. Diese Bohrmaschinen sind normalerweise mit selbstsperrendem Bohrfutter ausgestattet (0-13 mm - 1/2x20).
Sollte das Bohrfutter ausgewechselt werden; die Druckluftzufuhr unterbrechen, das Bohrfutter im Schraubstock blockieren
(Abb.6), Schlüssel in die Mutter setzen und lösen. Bohrfutter abschrauben und das neue Bohrfutter festschrauben.
SUSTITUCIÓN DEL MANDRIL
1. TLD1. Está provisto normalmente de mandril de llave (0-4 mm - B10).
En caso se desee sustituirlo, interrumpir la alimentación del aire comprimido, y dar un golpe con el mazo sobre una llave de
cuña colocada entre el grupo reductor y el mandril (fig.4). Para efectuar el montaje es suficiente empujar a fondo el mandril
sobre el eje.
2. ERG44D-48D-66D-88D-100D-ERGON66D-88D-100D. Están provistos normalmente de mandril autobloqueante (0-6/0-10
mm - 3/8x24).
En caso que se deseara sustituirlo, interrumpir la alimentación del aire comprimido, bloquear el mandril en la morsa (fig.6),
introducir la llave en la tuerca y desbloquearla. Aflojar el mandril y ajustar nuevamente.
3. ERGON130D. Están provistos normalmente de mandril autobloqueante (0-13 mm - 1/2x20).
En caso que se deseara sustituirlo, interrumpir la alimentación del aire comprimido, bloquear el mandril en la morsa (fig.6),
introducir la llave en la tuerca y desbloquearla. Aflojar el mandril y ajustar nuevamente.
