4. The e-liquides

The dosage of nicotine is the key element in your
choice of e-liquid.
If you are a regular smoker, then start with a
high dose (16 mg) and then change it to a lower
dose (8 mg). So, if you want, you will be able to
gradually reduce the nicotine dosage.
For smokers, start directly with the average
dosage of 8 mg, close to what you know.
