Safety
Fix the legs to the floor before you start pressing.
Do not reach into the press with your hand while the driving wheel is turning. Do not
make connecting rod any longer.
Important notice: Fix the pressure to the floor to prevent it from sliding or tilting over. Before
pressing, wash all parts with hot water to avoid dust and dirt.
Before drinking and using the juice, take care about dusty and dirty juice! Keep the
working area clean. Risk of slipping!
Pressing
Line the cage with suitable pressing cloth (may be obtained as an accessory).

Fill the press with crushed fruits and watch out for the fruits to be surrounded with the cloth.

Put the pressure plate on the filled cage.

Put the crossbars on the pressure plate, additional crossbars may be obtained as an

accessory.
Screw the nut on by hand.
5.
Push the driving rod in the nut treble opening.
6.
Screw the nut so that pressing may be started.
7.
If the spindle gets as far as to the pressing cage and the pressure is to be increased,
8.
release the screw again and re-fill the fruits or use wooden crossbars (may be obtained as
accessories).
Maintenance
Having completing the job, wash the parts with hot water. Store the press in a dry room for
the pressing cage wood to dry well.
After a longer period of standstill, grease the bearings and metal surfaces with edible
