  • Page 4 Before you start - Before starting, read through the assembly instructions carefully. Check thoroughly all the parts you have received against the parts diagrams pages 2-5. Ensure that no parts are damaged. Always assemble the roof first, especially if you do not intend to complete construction on the same day.
  • Page 5 Preparing the Base of your Shed - The shed should be securely anchored to a firm level base Eg. concrete, paving slabs or wood. Concrete should be laid a minimum of 75mm thick at approx. 25mm above ground level. A sheet of heavy duty polythene placed under the base area will help prevent dampness rising from the ground into the shed.

Two people are required to lift the door at all times.

  • Page 27 Attach the angle parts 3.1 to the front of the roof and parts 3.2 to the side of the roof. Fixez les pièces angulaires 3.1 à l'avant du toit et les pièces 3.2 sur le côté du toit. Attach parts 3.3 to the roof angles 3.1 &3.2 - using the adhesive tape provided.
  • Page 28 With 2 people - lift the roof and slowly lower it on top of the walls - resting the roof frame inside the walls. First attach the front of the roof frame to the walls using bag 4 bolts & nuts. Attach the remaining side and back roof frame to the walls using bag 2 screws and bag 12 washers.
  • Page 29 Using Ø10mm drill bit - drill 50mm depth through the punched holes on the base. À l'aide d'un foret de Ø10 mm, percez un trou de 50 mm de profondeur à travers les trous pré-percés sur la base.
  • Page 30 Fit the rawlplugs and attach the washer and bolts as shown. Installez les chevilles et fixez la rondelle et les x10 x10 x10 boulons comme indiqué.
