PRINCIPLES OF DRONE CONTROL
The operator is obliged to:
• Make sure he has adequate insurance.
• Check that the area in which the ight is to be conducted is not covered by a no- y zone or other restriction.
• Keep the drone in sight at all times.
• Maintain a safe distance between the drone and people, animals and other aircraft.
• Immediately report to your national civil aviation authority if your drone has been involved in an accident involving
serious or fatal injuries to persons or involving manned aircraft.
• Operate the drone according to the manufacturer's instructions.
• Do not y over a gathering of people.
• Do not y higher than 120 m from the nearest point of the ground surface.
• Do not y near aircraft or in the vicinity of airports, airstrips or where rescue operations are in progress.
• Do not violate the privacy of others.
• Do not use drones to transport hazardous materials or drop materials.
• Do not modify the drone. Do not install software other than that recommended by the manufacturer.
